Joan the property manager takes advantage of college students and their parents. She has illegally kept our security deposit which is for damages only. Their leases are full of unreasonable expenses, fees, and language. I'm a full time real estate agent and well versed in leases. Do not rent from or use Red Elephant Rentals.
Joan is the meanest and most unfair landlord. She finds every chance she can to upcharge and overcharge tenants, while taking months to fix any problems in the property. When asked for receipts or proof of obscenely high charges added to your account, her response will simply be no.
