I absolutely love this place! They really care about your fitness goals and you as a person. Annnnnnnnd they have inferred saunas that you can "cool down in" and feel amazing. I absolutely love it at Red Effect! Jenn is amazing! The staff are trained woman who want to see you be your best. The members cheer each other on. I couldn't think of a better place to be. I love everything about it.

I always am welcomed personally by name and always end up leaving feeling like I got a great workout in. I am pushed hard by the trainers and never leave wondering if I could do more.

If you’re like me and you’ve had several gym memberships but never actually went regularly or just felt ehhh about getting up to go work out, this is the place for you. This is the first gym I’ve actually thoroughly enjoyed so much that I never miss a day! I get such a good workout from the HIIT classes and the sauna afterwards. The brand website is deceiving....it's not just punching a bunch of bags in red lights!! I left Orange Theory to join Red Effect a few weeks ago and wish I would have done it sooner! The coaches are great and work to motivate and challenge you every time! The owner is one in a million. The circuit class is only 45 minutes and my favorite part of it all is no set class times!! You come in when you can and hop into the circuit and go. If you want to do your own thing you can, in the "cardio room". Only have 20 minutes...hop in... read more
