Went in yesterday to get some last minute flowers for my wife’s bday and picked out what flowers she liked. The team whipped up a beautiful bouquet within 10 minutes and then also helped me wrap my gifts up. I've had a very pleasent experience with Red Earth Flowers. I needed to order a special bunch of flowers for a surprise 30th anniversary for my wife (at the last minute), so I checked other florists in the area - and found it difficult to contact them. REF had a contact number which I was not only able to call them on, but was able to arrange same-day service for such a last minute request. I placed an order in advance and paid for it, but when I went to pick it up, they had already given my bouquet to someone else. Instead of offering a proper solution, they told me to come back the next day to collect the flowers. What am I supposed to do with the flowers when the special occasion is already over? This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this flower shop to anyone.
