I placed an order in advance and paid for it, but when I went to pick it up, they had already given my bouquet to someone else. Instead of offering a proper solution, they told me to come back the next day to collect the flowers. What am I supposed to do with the flowers when the special occasion is already over? This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this flower shop to anyone.

I recently ordered flowers and had such a great experience! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful — fresh, vibrant, and exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They made ordering so easy and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the flowers. Highly recommend!

Ordered expensive flowers and I have sent about 4 emails now to this company about a day I specifically requested the flowers to be delivered that this company was advertised as open online. Never ever received a response from them and I’m still trying to get in touch with them as to what’s happened. I’m grieving (with my friends I sent them to) and this is highly frustrating. For a small town like Karratha, there’s a bit of room for improvement in its communication.
