There is absolutely zero backing behind the quality of the items this boutique sells. I ordered a skirt for my wife that I thought would look great on her. This place is a complete joke. If you want to just give your money away, go ahead and order from them. Their clothes are cheap and worthless, shoes are plastic and uncomfortable. You cannot return anything....even at Christmas! It's no wonder they are a success, they get to keep your money no matter what! They don't care. No customer service, greedy and pathetic. A word of warning... do not buy anything online from The Red Dress Boutique. I ordered a dress for my daughter, paid extra for shipping, and did not receive the dress. According to UPS, they received an empty box and contacted Red Dress. I never got any notification from Red Dress. When I called, they were very unhelpful. Of course, someone is supposed to call me back and I haven't heard from a soul. I need the dress tomorrow! My daughter is having her engagement photos made in Atlanta and this was her dress. Terrible customer service. Shipped me a dress with a defective zipper. Emailed them a video & photos. Called three times. They repeatedly stated that they were very behind on emails. Finally received permission to ship them back the defective dress. Now they are telling me that I will NOT be refunded shipping costs. This makes NO sense to me. Why am out money when they shipped out a product that I cannot use?
I bought over $300 of items New released not on sale When I received my package there was a receipt and on the bottom it said " All sales are Final" that's so weird and totally illegal! The company need to let the customer know that this item is final not when the customer buys the item. And by the way all of the items were New Release. I'm done with them ! No longer doing business and buying just because of their terrible customer service!
I've had good experiences with ordering from Red Dress Boutique, but very recently found out this is a very dishonest company. Recently, I purchased two dresses from the site. One fit great, the other was incredibly small. I was asked to write reviews on my items, via an e-mail that they sent me, and I did. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS BUSINESS. For one, they shipped out an order and charged me, after I *specifically* asked them to cancel if the advertised promotion was not going to be applied (the e-mailed promo wasn't working after several attempts, so I reached out to them). Kimberly A. said she couldn't give that discount, but would do a smaller one (not the % I was trying to apply) and once she got the thumbs up from me as to if that was okay, she would personally pack my items for shipment.
