I was a renter at APT 3 for 2.5 years with Sokkie and Sunny. +1 star for the apartment being nice. +1 star for them always keeping it maintained. -1 star for large increases in rent year after year. Their goal is not to keep tenants, but to maximize return until you're priced out. -2 stars for attempting to beat us on our security deposit.
