My wife and I used Red Door homes to build our forever home. They were very patient with us, as we had several hoops to jump through, for a little over a year before we could get the final approval to build on the land we were getting. Thomas Tedford was our sales representative and he is as first class as they come. We decided to build a home and chose Red Door after interviewing a few other contractors. We had a wonderful experience with them… from Sales (Thomas) to our site manager (Brett) and the post completion list that we had to address (Derek).. the team at Red Door have been great to work with. Always communicating timely, Brett would upload notes and photos daily so we could keep tabs on progress. Our house was one of the first homes Red Door Homes East TN built. They were wonderful to work with and building our house was a very positive experience. We wouldn't hesitate to build with them again and would highly recommend. After six years, we still love our solid, well-built Red Door home! Update: We've been in our house for over ten years now and still love it! It has proven to be very well-built and a great value! Thank you Red Door!
