RecommendedI took two teenagers thrifting all day today and this was one of their top favorites out of the 6 stores we visited today. Pretty big space with so many great brands. Clean and organized. We'll definitely be back. Just wish we could try on - after driving an hour to visit the store we can't really make that drive again within 2 days to return items that don't fit.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was recommended to me by a family member because I wanted to make a few extra dollars so I thought consigning was a good idea. I got to the store at 12:30, filled out the paperwork required to start a new account, which required me to leave my number and the color, make and model of my car. I have consigned at Red Door for many years and feel they do a great job. They have a wonderful variety of merchandise in their store and are timely when bringing in consignment. I am always greeted with a smile and I feel their prices are very fair as well. Definitely look forward to consigning as well as shopping at their store.
Very rude customer service. I will not be back there to consign or shop. They just very hastily bark orders at you then they don't follow up. When consigners are not sure what to do, your in customer service it's your job to let them know not make them feel embarrassed while you treat them like there stupid! Then to take someone in front of you after you have waited half an hour, and then move to the the other side of the counter to help finish a big order. Red Door is a great organized consignment shop. Always has great furniture pieces, and covers all categories apparel, purses, shoes, household items, etc... Also you never forfeit your consignment dollars.
