My rescue worked with/called Sarah Dixon for some of the harder cases we have in our program and despite myself and other volunteers being in the dog training field,we were looking for outside guidance from another professional. We worked with Maggie Withum and she was terrific! She took the time to understand what I was struggling with and she was committed to helping me reach my goals. She gave me manageable reasonable suggestions and helped Rosie and I to be successful! She was also AMAZING with Rosie and really appreciated her and all her quirks! I would strongly recommend Maggie! She has made a huge difference for me and Rosie!
We could not be happier with the results we now see after training with Sarah Dixon. Our rescue, Marley, was always lovable but very anxious and nervous around other dogs and new people. After only a few training sessions Sarah had him on track! We did the homework and it really worked. She not only trained Marley, but she also trained us! My husband and I had the pleasure of partnering with Sarah from Instinct Behavior to train our puppy. She started by attending puppy training camp. Sarah is a dog whisperer and has the patience of a saint. She is so dedicated to our pup, Sophie, that she has essentially become a part of our family! We are continuing to work with Sarah and the instinct team. Words can’t express our satisfaction and gratitude for Sarah and Instinct Behavior.
Our experience with maggie was excellent. Bowie came home a very well trained dog, and to this day, we couldnt be happier with his behavior and the progress he is making. I strongly recommend Instinct Dog Behavior and Training to anyone looking for a great training program for their puppy. Also, I strongly believe that sending Bowie to training in NYC was key becuase learning to walk on busy sidewalks and deal with noise wouldnt have been possible if we sent him to someone in the country.
We love instinct! We have had such a great experience with Sarah Dixon for at home training. We also just had an amazing experience boarding our two dogs at Instinct- they had an awesome time and the camper updates are the absolute best! Our dogs are really homebodies so Instinct did an incredible job with them and making them feel comfortable! 10/10 for Instinct!
