The service at Red Coyote is TOP NOTCH! They care about more than just a sale, they educate their customers and are attentive to their needs. The more I learn about what does and doesn’t work for me, the more it seems they can help me find the products that I’m looking for. I had to exchange a pair of running shoes that wasn’t working out after having them a couple of weeks and they were super great about it and helped me find what I needed.���
Love this place! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful.
The customer service surpasses all expectations!! We bought a pair of shoes for my daughter for cross country and she began having IT Band pain. The doctor recommended a different shoe. Red Coyote staff refit her with a different shoe and took back the other pair even after she had run in them. I will never shop for shoes anywhere else. Thank you Red Coyote!!
Today was my first visit to Red Coyote and the customer service was the best of the best. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by several staff members. The staff is very knowledgeable, positive, and supportive!
