Based on how you look you may or may not get waited on in the Red Coyote store on Covell in Edmond. I WAS a returning customer in need of a new pair of Brooks shoes. It was sort of busy, some customers being helped , while others were looking at the merchandise. I positioned myself so that all employees knew I was there, patiently waiting. However, no none even acknowledged my presence. A couple that walked in AFTER me were promptly waited on. Fun Tuesday night runs in Edmond!
Absolutely had the best help today! Jenny was very patient with me while I tried on many shoes to make sure I loved them for making a decision on which ones I wanted to buy. This was my first time going and I wont hesitate to send my family and friends.

I brought my mother in today who has Multiple Sclerosis and who has a difficult time finding athletic shoes she can put on and easily wear due to the swelling in her feet. She was given wonderful service and Jenny was so kind and patient while trying to find her a good shoe for her issues. She actually found a great pair of shoes for her vacation and left feeling confident! I can’t recommend Red Coyote more!
This was my very first experience with this group, and I'm happy to report that it exceeded my expectations. The staff is very knowledgeable of how to properly fit you for the perfect running shoe based on your own individual running style. I had never experienced that before and was blown away. They focus on one person at a time to ensure all needs are met and you are fully satisfied with your choice in gear. Will definitely return in the future and highly recommend if you are in need of a good shoe or other gear. ��
