As a property owner, I am extremely disappointed in this company! Instead of communicating and resolving issues, they caught me off guard and sent a letter of termination. They could have simply expressed their concerns and we worked together to resolve an issue. If they would have communicated properly, there would be no issue to begin with. Be careful with any pre-existing issues you move into if you're renting, they will take it out of your deposit, even if you have reported the issues during inspections. We were charged for a broken prong left in the outlet (already there), a towel bar that fell off on day 1 due to improper installation, and and for a gap btwn the front door and the frame that made the place VERY energy inefficient.
