I wasn't able to become a customer but the one person I met was Theresa she was wonderful and kind. I hope everything works out for her.
Would highly recommend Mindy as a realtor to anyone! We were first time home buyers and went into the experience knowing next to nothing. She answered all questions and made sure we knew what each step meant and what we were signing. We always got quick responses to phone calls and text massage as well. She is so fun and kind which also made things that much more enjoyable!
Red Compass began managing the property in the middle of my lease. After moving out, I was initially charged for damages and cleaning fees for my unit. Theresa was a great help to resolve this issue! She reached out to the previous management company and got a hold of my move-in documentation that showed I was not liable. Ultimately Theresa went out of her way to get back my full security deposit.
