They are very courteous and do an excellent and thorough job...BUT they cannot be relied upon to show up on a regular schedule. I am not a customer. I am a resident of a senior living facility that contracts with them for services that involve coming into residents' apartments on an alleged regularly scheduled basis. I live in a small apartment and when pest control is scheduled I have to move medical equipment that I don't want sprayed, put away dishes that are in an air drying rack that I don't want sprayed, and so on. Redcoat is a company I wish I had to deal with. BEDBUGS! I was horrified & embarrassed. My regular pest guy recommended REDCOAT. He said they were the best. They were able to come out the next day, including George, the bug-sniffing beagle. We had to leave for 4 hours. When we returned, there was no bad odor, and no more bedbugs! We are scheduled for quarterly treatments to insure we stay bug free. If you find BEDBUGS in your home, you want REDCOAT to get rid of them. They were quick, thorough, and discreet.
