RecommendedRestaurant/Bar has great food & service!
We went for the Valentine’s Day special. Sooo disappointing after having so many good Valentine’s Day meals over the years there. The entire dining room was in disbelief on what was going on. Customers talking amongst themselves about how bad the experience was. And when we did finally get our food it was cold and unsatisfactory. We almost walked out as others did.
Was told my friends and I were not welcome there because we left a bar tab open. For one we never had a tab as we paid cash and 2nd it is illegal to run a bar tab. Once we asked the manger to see such a tab they could not produce such a thing.The service sucked the waitress was drunk and very unprofessional. The rooms we had weren’t clean and the front desk has no clue how to do anything. Keep driving to Omaha if you want 5 star service. And our cards were ran 3 times for the same thing. I give it 0 stars

Wait staff is polite and the food is amazing. Hot beefs with homemade mashed potatoes and home made gravy is my favorite. All the homemade deserts are mouth watering. I love this place.
Had and Anniversary Party tonight for family and two people in particular made it the best night ever! Debbie and Sydnee went the extra mile to tend to all our needs and we had a great time all night. They stayed open all night just for us and were on top of everything! I will always come back here for this AMAZING and OUTSTANDING service. Highly recommend making a trip up to the Red Coach Lounge when Debbie and Sydnee are working, you wont regret it. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!
