Delicia Cole deserves a 10/5 star rating! This was my wife and I’s first time touring houses and we couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor. She was fun, professional, personable and you can tell she loves her job while helping us find our future home… in which she did! We couldn’t have done it without her help and advice. Next time my wife and I are looking for a house, she’s the first person we are calling! We will be recommending her to all friends and family!

One of the most amazing realtors I have ever encountered! Having spoke to a few different agents prior to working exclusively with Delicia Cole, we felt almost like an inconvenience to some of these agencies. Ms. Cole was very professional and very thorough through out the entire process. She ALWAYS answered her phone and shared information when asked. Very knowledgeable on the all regulations. I would highly recommend Ms. Cole. She stayed in our budget when looking for houses even though my wife didn't. Lol

Delicia is wonderful! She helped make my family's first home buying experience smooth and easy.
