Small business owners are forced to give up their entire lives and incomes because of people like you. Corporate greed is reality, and you are a realty company, but that doesn’t make it right. Just received access to my unit on Thursday, but they’re forcing me to move everything by today. I deserve to be treated like at least a normal tenant. So anyone looking for a realty company to do business with, should look elsewhere.

Simply put, Rick and his team at Red Chair are the best. We had a great experience both buying and listing. His team went above and beyond many times. Great knowledge of the area, as well as all the factors that affect the Denver metro housing market. He provided excellent strategic advice in preparing our house for sale, and is great in evaluating potential purchases. I really can't say enough about the integrity and quality of his operation.
