Terrible billing and service. They billed us $20 that we shouldn't owe, above and beyond the normal copay which I paid at time of service, 18 months after the service. I waited for HOURS in this waiting room on our date of service, as child after child was seen before my son (they were sicker, but I still waited for hours in a waiting room with a sick child of my own). Brought my very ill college freshman here for an urgent care visit. This facility is geared for the very young (8 and under) and we were placed in a room that did not have adequate seating for my daughter and I to wait (one normal sized chair and a very small chair for a small child). The wait was extensive - both to get into a room and while waiting in the room to see a nurse/doctor (I realize this sometimes happens). Blonde should be fired. Rudest medical worker I’ve encountered. Acting like I should just have medical knowledge of how I feel. I came to the doctors to figure out what was wrong or else I wouldn’t have came. Wish I could give 0 stars.
