I have been with red cedar for a handful of months now & my experience thus far has been amazing. I see Dr. Monk & she has been nothing short of fantastic, she is even communicating with me on her days off regarding health issues I was experiencing. You can truly tell she cares about her patients. I am not one for needles, I pass out 9/10 times for bloodwork, but this week I had to get some lab work done & Leonce, the man that did my blood draw, was absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the staff is kind, welcoming, and caring. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I’m here. I feel like they take good care of you and are willing to listen.
Dr. Munk is incredible. She works to be very available to me, hears my concerns and addresses them, and is very compassionate. She has helped me every time I’ve needed it! My whole family (and extended family) now goes to her. I’d recommend her to anyone!
I unfortunately did not find Dr. Munk helpful, and did not find much of a difference in care between this model vs. a traditional PCP office.
