Was experiencing shoulder and hip pain, but had to wait SO LONG to go back to my family physician. Thankfully I had an epiphany and remembered the GREAT chiropractic care I received at RCC a few years back. SO glad I remembered!!! Quick appointment and SO MUCH pain relief right away, I cancelled my appointment with the family physician Thanks, Dr. Nora, and I LOVE my new Therapeutica pillow!!!
Love both Dr.Nora and Clint.They do a get job and the staff is fantastic,couldn't be as healthy without them.
Tiffany is great as a massage therapist. Does great work! Gone several times. I called to ask about insurance coverage, and the receptionist literally laughed at me. I clarified my question, by explaining that I have had other chiropractic clinics who will work with insurance to bill for a certain service. She started loudly laughing, collected herself, and said, "Yeah ... we don't do that. It's not worth the cost for our clinic." Very unprofessional! Humiliating me over the phone is a good way to lose my business!
