Terrible company. Used a bait switch contract after I joined the military by starting at a low rate and after I enlisted they upped the rate by more than double and when I couldn’t take my stuff out of storage from the location I was at from the military. They upped the rate again. So it went from 67 to 134 to 183 in a course of 1 year of having the storage. My experience WAS exceptional BEFORE Extra Space Storage took over. The front office guy (don’t know his name) is RUDE, he is not a people person, has zero customer service skills, and SHOULD NOT be working with customers! My husband and I cleared our unit, I took a picture of the empty unit to show him, turned my phone around so he can see it…he WOULD NOT LOOK AT IT…AT ALL, continued moving about like he was so busy…just rude.
