Visited on 7/29/2025: This was my 1st time here and the 1st time in my life, I absolutely hated my nail job. This was supposed to be a simple gel manicure. Of course I paid because the tech provided the service but I politely let her know I was not pleased. I will not be back. I don't know the tech's name but she absolutely needs more training, just not at the customer's expense.
I never leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I came to Red Carpet Nail Bar for a last-minute pedicure with gel polish since I had a wedding to attend later that day and couldn’t make the drive to my usual spot, Aura Nail Bar in Dallas (which is always worth the trip from DeSoto). Noah’s wife here: Had a flat tire and went to NTB across the parking lot, the gentlemen there told me there was a nail salon I could go to if I wanted while waiting so I did. First manicure and gel/tips I’ve had in a couple years. She was very sweet and very fast! I was back right in time for my tires. I wasn’t looking for a lot of pampering and time spent just in and out a that’s what she delivered beautifully for me. I will be back to see her again! Thank you Dung!!
Horrible service. The woman that did my nails literally rushed and polished my nails like my little sister did it. My nails are so big not even close to looking good. All I got was “I’m sorry” and that’s it. I had to pay for this I told him I hated them. Please don’t go here they are horrible and he tried to fix it as you can see nothing was fixed
I had an amazing experience. Christina provided an excellent experience. I recommend going and asking for Christina she was very detailed and caring with service.
