The place was disgusting. Filthy. The room was old and ragging looking. The pool was disgusting. We were on the second floor and when go down the stairs the hand railings literally moved back-and-forth. There is a pile of garbage underneath the stairs. They even put blue painters tape on the door with your room with the room number written with a sharpie. Personally, I think they should’ve paid me for staying there.

Expedia made an error in booking and two minutes later, their response was "sorry, no changes, book for another night". It was only one day difference from May 19-20 to May 20-21, one simple uncomplicated change in booking... and there was room in the hotel, so why would you lose a client that travels frequently to pocket $70? You guys are poor business people... Never again.
BEST VALUE IN ORLANDO!! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, SURROUNDING RESTAURANTS ARE 5 STARS AND VENDING MACHINES AT THE HOTEL HAVE YOU COVERED. WILL STAY HERE EVERY YEAR I VISIT
Wonderful staff and environment! I enjoyed my time staying here.
