Do not stay here! We got a suite on 1/26 and they did not have any hot water. Clerk told us she was calling GM and that there was nothing they can do about it and. I refunds were given but that they would see what they could do when the Gm became available. We sat in the lobby waiting for 3 hrs before they finally agreed to give us a rain check for the following weekend. The place was disgusting. Filthy. The room was old and ragging looking. The pool was disgusting. We were on the second floor and when go down the stairs the hand railings literally moved back-and-forth. There is a pile of garbage underneath the stairs. They even put blue painters tape on the door with your room with the room number written with a sharpie. Personally, I think they should’ve paid me for staying there.
