I don’t usually complain about anything. My room has black mold in the bathroom. We are on a lower level and can hear every single move, even if they just roll over in their bed. Drug deals taking place outside. This has been The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The pillows are absolutely horrible and so is the bed. I did check my room for bed bugs when we got here and to end on a positive note, at least no bed bugs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless your life depends on it. Nasty, smelled horrible, towels were not clean, ceiling falling in above toilet. Way over priced. Spiders. Heater didn’t work properly. I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere
Awesome place for the price
This “hotel” is disgusting, the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude, we waited 45 minutes to check in and were forced to lose some of our deposit for a stained towel that we did not stain. When we tried explaining this to staff, they were even more unhelpful and rude and did not care at all. The bathroom was disgusting and the room was not well kept in general. Definitely won’t come back
The hotel was very dumpy. No elevator to get your luggage up to your room. Had a van take you to the dock and you could leave your car there but no pick up when you got back from your cruise.
