Nataliya is an excellent Congierge while in Austin. Expectations were exceeded due to her and RCA’s expertise and coordination. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.
Nataliya is such a gem! She planned my bachelorette weekend perfectly. I came from out of town and she made sure I had all of the decorations and trinkets for each person in the group. She set everything up and made sure we had everything we needed. She was always available for questions and made sure we had a great time. Our first time in Austin. We could not have planned it any better ourselves. Nataliya had everything planned to the Ubers, the reservations, the Bama Texas tailgate, booze, etc. You cannot go wrong with this service.
Red Carpet Austin took amazing care of my CEO and his guests while in town from Chicago. He had an amazing time on a private boat excursion on Lake Austin and is looking forward to the next event!
My experience with Natalie has been amazing. I have had so many issues come up and she has handled them in the best way, she really cares about her clients and is the most helpful person I have ever worked with. I have had only a couple conversations with the owner Ashlie but she was super helpful and accommodating. 10/10 recommend, and I definitely will be using them in the future for Austin trips!
