Today I utilized the outpatient services. I would like to call out a few people for exceptional service. Brenden in the ED, Crystal in Registration, and Hoyt in the lab. Everyone was kind and professional! With the masks on you may not be able to see them smile but you could see their smiling eyes and hear they kind voices. Red Bud is very fortunate to have a hospital within the community. ☺️
Amazing ER staff. Always prefer to come here over others in the area! They do their job with passion and are amazing at what they all do!
My first visit was 2/10/20. It was a very good experience from the registration to the lab where I had to get lab work done. The stick was pain free and left with a smile on my face.
Positive experience from the time I set foot in the door until I left. The registration process was quick, everyone was organized, clean facility, friendly faces, thorough exam and practitioner really took his time to listen to my concerns. He was great with my son and in forming a reasonable plan of treatment for him. We are lucky to have express care in our community.
Such a great experience with the Express Care! So quick, efficient and friendly! We usually see Danielle Turner(she is awesome) and since she is out we saw Mallory Butler and had a wonderful experience! So happy to have the Express Care as such a convenient option!
the girls in the lab are very professional and outgoing and treated me with respect and made such a hard thing seem so easy!
