We had to make a brief trip from SC to Shelby. Wanted to grab a quick bite and just came upon Bridges. They were doing a brisk lunchtime and diners seemed to be locals on lunch break from work, not travelers. Nothing fancy here but very clean and Trish was a doll! The BEST bbq ever! Pimento Cheese is out of this world delicious!!! i drive about an hour to get there and its totally worth it!!
Coleslaw was VERY vinagery and spicy with a reddish/brown color. BBQ sauce was the same. My Diet Coke was $1.50 in a can. Definitely NOT worth the money. Waitress slammed everything down on the table. I would’ve been better off at McDonald’s for $12.
