I worked with Brock, and eventually with Randy as well, for 4.5 years from early 2020 until selling the property in mid-2024, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had to move on short notice in early 2020, and Brock found and placed a well-qualified tenant very quickly. BUYER BEWARE!! I rented a property thru Red Bridge Property Management from Sept '22 thru Oct '23 and will never do business with them again! While I enjoyed the property's privacy and natural beauty (located on a 3 acre lot on Laidlaw Rd near Saltzman) the house itself was not well maintained. Almost immediately upon moving in there were issues such as the dryer vent being completely clogged, skylights leaking and worst of all the sump pump that supports both downstairs bathrooms backed up resulting in raw sewage spilling o... read more
They take care of service requests very quickly. Got several things in my apartment fixed/replaced within a week of communicating with them each time.
Went to view a property and there were people moving into the unit, wasted gas and time to view something that was already leased. Not impressed
