About this business

If you're a beer lover and haven't been to Red Brick Station Restaurant & Brew Pub in Nottingham you're missing out on a lot of unique craft pours that are brewed on site. Known for their English-style beers, they also offer a wide range of European lagers, ales and IPA with the Avenue Ale being the only staple on tap. The food served here is equally impressive, offering a variety of American treats such as their signature Red Brick Wings, Stout Marinated Tenderloin Sliders, Bison Burger and the Chicken Chesapeake.

We've tried this place twice and were disappointed each time. Only order the nachos if you really truly love eating raw onions, tons and tons of raw onion chunks.

Business response:

Jennifer, I'm sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. We sell hundreds of our nachos every day and normally don't have issues at all. It sounds like we messed yours up and I am really sorry. Please pm me, Bill Blocher, and I'll make sure your next visit is more than perfect. We do make mistakes but we do fix them promptly. Hope you will come back soon

Came in tonight for dinner and drinks with friends. Waited over an hour to get simple food, burgers, chicken tenders, French dip. When food arrived it was obvious it had been sitting for quite a while. Sent back to redo as bread/rolls were soggy and fries were hard as a rock, and took another 30+ min to get back.

It's been 14 years since I've gone to Red Brick Station. It was a good time had. The atmosphere was bumpin' and the place was packed, which was different considering when I last came. Not bad, but you MIGHT wanna one-up the Nachos and the French Dip, along with the desserts (Add some fruit in the mix). Otherwise, damn-good time had after a long time away

Business response:

Thanks and Welcome Home!

We went there last weekend. The service was not good and the food was overcooked. Granted, we had a large group, but over half of them were kids who were starving after a karate competition. We asked them to just being food out as it comes, but they didn't, so it took ages to get served. And when we were, as I said, the food was overcooked (probably because it had been waiting for all the dishes to be finished). Probably won't be going back.
