We've been dining at Red Brick since it opened and it just keeps getting better. However, I wish they would bring back the wonderful salmon cakes - at some point they disappeared from the menu. We have British friends who say the fish and chips are the best (and this opinion is from experts).
We always sit at the bar and always have great service. Best beer in town! Great food as well.

It took 40 minutes to get apps. Dinners were cold. No bread or rolls served with dinner.
