I expressed interest in several rental properties managed by RedBrick and submitted an online application through their website, including the $55 application fee. For the first property I applied for, it took over a week for them to respond, and that only happened after I filed a complaint. I had called multiple times during that week, but each time the receptionist would ask for my name, phone number, and the property address, stating that he would relay the message to the "manager." I highly recommend this company. I rented an apartment but couldn't fulfill the contract. I spoke to Lindsey and she said it was fine. I just had to wait for someone to rent my apartment right when I left so my credit wouldn't be affected. I was surprised how quickly they found someone else. Even though I broke the contract, they gave me my deposit back. I really didn't expect that. Any other company would have kept my deposit. I highly recommend red brick property management
this is a great property management , if something is wrong in house they are fast to get it taken care of,
