Dr khan discriminated against me because I did not consent to arbitration. I was her patient for about 2 1/2 years. I didnt see her for about a year and was asked to fill out new paperwork. The paperwork included legal arbitration. I have other specialty drs who see me even when I didnt t consent to arbitration. Meaning if there is medical Mel practice I can not sue they want me to settle In House with them. Then they proceeded to block my number.
