Very cozy and clean venue in a safe area. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I frequent coffee shops whenever I travel, and I can honestly say their lattes are the best all around. Very chill and cozy atmosphere. Kid-friendly and pet-friendly. Plenty of healthy food options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan pastries and brunch food. Ordered three items: egg and cheese sandwich, ham scramble, and classic Belgian waffle. The first two turned out great, but the strawberry that came with the Belgian waffle was bad. Attaching a video of the strawberry.
