When Red Bay first opened in the Ferry Building, I was an enthusiastic fan. But the quality and service have unfortunately deteriorated recently. For the second time, the muffin was undercooked. Today my oat milk cappuccino was made with dairy milk instead. Perhaps I didn’t enunciate oat milk when I ordered or perhaps the guy taking orders was so out of it he just didn’t care. They did remake it but with lukewarm oat milk. I want to continue coming here but not if the staff don’t seem to care.
Excellent tea and coffee. Highly recommend the red bay fog.
The coffee is worth the trip to this building!! Best iced vanilla latte I’ve had my entire trip!! The cookie I ordered was just ok but not bad if you need something sweet but the coffee is worth the venture to this building
My first and last coffee here. Very unimpressive despite the price tag. Pastry was good though
Love their lattes! We love coming here especially when we walk through the ferry building. Their mocha latte is definitely our favorite since it isn't too sweet; it has the right bitterness from the chocolate that blends well with the coffee. I recently tried a seasonal flavor called the yam latte. I can definitely taste the yam and I thought it was pretty good. The bakery items they carry are definitely one of my favorites.
