This place is so nice! The red barn look of it is so unique. I’ve now taken both of my cats here and each time they have been so helpful and the staff is very friendly. Today I went in when they opened at 8:30am and only waited for about 5-10 minutes to be seen and left before 9am! There was about 6 people ahead of me and I didn’t expect it to go by that fast. I’ve been taking all my fur babies to Red Barn for years now, my bunnies, cats and dogs, and they’ve all had the best care. I continue to bring them here as the vets know my babies like family and are not overpriced. 5/5 star recommend, I won’t go to anyone else and I don’t even live in Grand Rapids anymore. 🙂 Thank you Red Barn for offering us the best care possible.

Oh goodness! Where do I start? Y’all take great care of my parent’s cat Seamus, so that sealed the deal originally. Then, today I brought in my cuddle chunk, Knight. My first time bringing him to a vet and it proved difficult for me - but you were so kind and sweet with him. He may have decided to hunker down in the sink, but you didn’t care! You took care of him at his comfort level! ❤️. Thank you for being an awesome office!
I really love that the only appointments are surgical; all others are on an incoming basis. Also love that the waiting area is relly spread out!
