I’ve been a client of Red Barn for over a decade and I’ll never be back. Brought in a new puppy recently for a general checkup on his second day home. Stood in the lobby unacknowledged by several staff members who looked me dead in my face, several times. I left. My last visit here was less than savory, and I especially loved that not a single staff member has enough respect for their clients to wear a mask. Good luck with all that, guys. And your licensing complaints.

They have a walk in clinic which was perfect. I couldn't get my dog into my primary vet for 2 weeks and he needed to be seen. I was only in there about 20 minutes.

We got a new puppy during the COVID-19 crisis. Although we were impressed with the care given to our puppy by Dr. Curley, none of the staff or doctors have worn masks in the two times I have been there in May and June. There is currently an executive order in Michigan (as of 7/13/20) that all businesses need to require masks to be worn inside, so I called this morning before I took our puppy for her next shot to make sure this was the case at Red Barn. I was told that "some are wearing them, some are not" and wasn't given a ... read more

We had to say goodbye to our beloved toy poodle Rowdy today. No rushing us, beyond compassionate, gentle. They really care about our fur babies ❤️🐾🐾❤️

Negative 1 million. Absolutely unprofessional. My cat was brought in and needed to be examined because I believe he had worms, but what do I know, I'm not a vet. I believe that left a bias on the RECEPTIONIST because she heard the word "worms" and suggested a dewormer and an examination. Thinking she's a credible source, reminder, not a vet, the dewormer option was chosen. The fact that the receptionist even mentioned a solution/diagnosis should not have come out of her mouth. Not at all. No. You only mention the examination... read more

typically I bring my pets here because they don't take appointments, walk in only so it's faster to get seen. I'm a breeder and have recommended them to many. I will no longer be recommending them based on a terrible experience over the phone. I asked a question regarding my pet and this man was extremely rude to me, raising his voice in response to my question. Customer service is key! treat your customers how you would want your family too be treated! I can assure you they wouldn't of spoke to their family like that!

I brought my cat here March 23. He was clearly having respiratory distress. I sent them a video to show it as well. I’d also been noticing weight loss. They did an exam & said he sounded fine. They could do an X-ray but they didn’t think it was necessary. His weight was supposedly also normal. I HAD 4 cats and when I tell you he was underweight, you could clearly feel the difference, even under all his fur. I shouldn’t have been able to feel every bone in his body. I also mentioned seeing slight blood in his stool. They said... read more

Brought in my cat today due to an abscess under her tongue. Even with COVID-19 going on they were very quick and friendly. I was in and out with medication in hand at a great price! I have never been more impressed with a veterinary clinic. I will definitely be returning for further needs. THANK YOU RED BARN! 😁
