Prompt, courteous professional
The dealer responded via email however told me in uncertain terms that he doesn't do business by email. My question to him was did he have a car fax to send me so I could take a look at it. He refused to provide the car fax saying he would give it if I came to see the vehicle. He also told me he didn't deal in salvage/flooded vehicles, etc. I like to do my homework then make a decision as to whether or not I'd like to see the vehicle -- this dealer would not give me that opportunity. Dealer took awhile to respond to my inquiry.
The vehicle advertised was not available but the sales agent was friendly.
Paul was very friendly. He made an extra phone call to help me locate a new tailgate, and engaged in enthusiastic conversation about youth sports, to boot. (I still may go back and buy it).
Person that came out didn't know there was a rot hole in the frame of the jeep.
good service, very helpful and trusty. Great car and fair price. We will come back.
