My wife and I brought our corgi in who had been having problems and they ran tests on her and held off on expensive options until they told us what was going on. The integrity of the staff has given me relief that we finally found our permanent vet for our 2 dogs.
Took my cat in today at 730 without an appointment cause It is an emergency to me when an animal is sick. Still no phone call from the vet after 5 hours. Put on hold 3 times when they picked up the phone for a total of 17 minutes, still no answer. A tech finally on my 4th call and said they are busy with dental on a dog and they call later. Since my cat was an outside cat and I did not have an appointment. I'll let you know more. Still waiting. She also said we can send you hone with meds and I don't even know a diagnosis. Fantastic doctors and staff!! You can really tell how much the staff love animals.. super clean hospital and waiting area too.
Never had a vet that cares so much about their patients! They have been SO good to our babies! They spend lots of time to make sure they correctly diagnose and dont overcharge. If you're looking for an honest, affordable and caring vet for your fur babies, this is the place to go!
