Great place to live ! Home is where the heart is ! Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. The staff is great and the company takes pride in their properties. Always clean , quite & well maintained.
Located near everything you need!! On the outskirts of Cincinnati and on the border of Madisonville and Oakley. Shopping and entertainment less than 10 minutes away! Amenities and upgrades being done, what more can you ask for! Get in before it's too late! ��
Working with Evelin & Carol was a very pleasant experience. They were both very nice and attentive! They made the process of leasing an apartment very smooth and the apartments here are beautiful! I would lease another apartment from them any day!
My 5⭐️ review is on the property manager, Carol Case. I have lived in apartments almost my whole adult life ( I'm in my 40s ) and Carol has to be the most personable, accommodating and hard-working-for-the-property manager I have ever had. She seems to always be looking for ways to improve the community or to bring residents together. You don't see that everywhere...
