I brought my car in two years ago for a full brake job (pads/rotors/calipers) and an oil change while they had it anyways. Found out a couple of weeks afterwards that the oil was not done and had to fight for that to be made right. 2 weeks ago my back brakes started making the noise like they were going again. I got a lift tires and rims a few years ago on my red F 150 they were great when they had there old shop.Im getting a RAM 1500 ill be back to see you guys real soon lol
Customer service was fantastic. Kathy was a pleasure to work with.
I was pleasantly surprised when I realized they did typical repair and maintenance as well. I was always thinking they only did custom jobs. I needed my whole exhaust replaced. They managed to see it and fix it under 6 hrs. I'm super impressed and will go here first from now on.
Terrible experience They messed up a lot.The second we left the lot we had issues Stay away from RED automotive.
