the food was great and serv was great the wait staff worked great to make a great exp the prices were great the food came fast
We love coming to red arrow for breakfast and we have a picky eater so the fact that we can get lunch anytime is amazing

Had lunch at the Concord location today. NOT impressed. We were seated by the server at the counter and were asked later, in a not-so-polite way, to move to another seat to accommodate a party that had just arrived. The server said, "Could you scoot down, because I have a party of 5 coming in?" There was no please, no thank you, no "sorry for inconveniencing you." So rude. You should NEVER ask guests to move from a seat that you told them to sit in. AND we waited 35 minutes between ordering and getting our lunch.
So... I was quite disappointed in our service. We waited an hour to be seated. Fine with that. Waited 30 minutes for drinks and another hour for cold food. :( Super bummed. Our server was horrid. I can't imagine her making the final cut. No smiles. Never came to check on us. We had to flag her down Everytime we needed something. Got server envy from Lucas. I'm glad he came from Manchester. He was entertaining and he wasn't even our server! Won't be back until you get better servers.
Went to the New one in Concord. I understand it's new but It was absolutely ridiculous. We waited an hour to be seated, an hour to receive our food and an hour to get out checks. 3 hours! Plus the food was terrible. And our waitress (Christina I believe) was so rude. She was sweet to everyone else and getting there food in and out fast. While we waited forever to get ours. Definitely not going back anytime soon.
2 days in a row, I could eat here everyday! Great food, great atmosphere and kind people. Creative menu true to New England has this Californian craving more. A must stop!
It was my first time here. I ordered the Ruben which was excellent. Service was phenomenal, and staff actually enjoyed their jobs. Will definitely return.
