I'm not someone who complains about anything ever, but I've never been treated so nastily in my life. This was literally my worst customer service experience ever. I've already put a call into corporate.
I’ve been going to the Red Arrow whenever I’m in Manchester for 55 years. Always filling!
In the 37+ years that I've dined at this location, today was the very first day where I had a problem with a server. the problem escalated to a point where my wife and children were about to leave. Then Brie, another server came over and not only deescalated the situation, but also made our dining experiencing a 150% satisfying memory that I will cherish. Amazing Job Brie!!!
Service was okay can’t complain we got what we ordered.... took a while but it was okay 🏽
