Very frustrated! Came for breakfast with my kids. one had to be to work at 10 and got here at 0910. Waited for at table but ordered my son's food to go so it would be done before work. He is due at work in 15 minutes and need to leave in 5.Now told that he cant eat any of his to go order. Horrible policy and the first waitess i spoke with was a beast. Everyone else was at least apologetic. Not likely to return. Custome service should be your number one priority! Total fail!
I love Red Arrow in Manchester! My friend Kylee and I come all the time! We always make sure to see Aja and Stacie who are awesome! We love them! We’ve been at least 6 times in the past two weeks! Food is always great and the people are always friendly. We always enjoy thanks to Aja and Stacie :)
Shame on you Red Arrow Diner right before Christmas you should have at least given them a heads up . I am a customer and have been for over 20 years , I will no longer be giving you my money or my business!
Just found out the Milford NH restaurant is closing today and the employees were told yesterday. I really think this really sucks, especially three weeks before Christmas. You have just lost a customer. I hope everyone else does the same.
Shame on you!!! I’ll never eat in any of your establishments again!! Closing and not telling your dedicated employees right before the holidays. No class!!!! You should have thought this through.
