We where up visiting my husband's grandfather and ate breakfast here and as I told the waitress "The food was excellent because I never finish everything I order" large serving sizes and great prices.

This is by far the best restaurant in Portage! Food is great, and plentiful. Prices are very reasonable!! And the staff are all super friendly. The very best chicken dumpling soup, I have ever had.
I visit all of the time for family outings, business lunches , or coffee. The food is very good, and the desserts are outstanding. Service is always very good. Red Apple is a gem.
