My first impression I was a little unsure. When I first walked in there were loud screaming children playing in the lobby jumping all over the chairs and throwing toys. I seen that it was making my grandson anxious. Once we were called back the appointment went well. The dental assistant, hygienist and dentist were very nice and made my grandson feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall, it was a great experience.
