I am always impressed at how patient and compassionate they are with all three of my children but especially how they interact with my autistic son. They do so well to make him feel as comfortable as possible with such small things as ending early on xrays when he wasn't tolerating it and not turning on the light because its too bright for him. They talk calmly to all my children and explain to them what's happening to keep them at ease. I will always be grateful for how the treat my babies.
Confusion about which location we my kids and I were about 10 mins late- due to going to the other location (that we went to previously) first. Told me I would have to move my one kiddo to almost an hour later for her appt. Ended up seeing her before then thankfully, back staff was nice and good with my two small kids but not impressed with staff up front.
