The man I spoke to is unbelievably rude,short,and crass over the phone. I was in the middle of speaking (trying to clarify what he was trying to tell me) and hung up on me when we barely spoke for a minute. He has a serious attitude problem and should not be working with patients or around a medical office.
I wish there was a 0 star rating available. All the other reviews say it perfectly. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine.
If 0 were an option. Staff is rude, yell at you and then hangup on you. They blame you for the prescription problems, that is IF you can even get ahold of them.
ZERO STARS Office is supposed to open at 9. Lazy office staff aren't even there to open up.
