I reached out ‘blindly’, having never needed hot tub service before, and had no where to start. From my first interaction with Debbie (?) to get scheduled, to having Dan out to take a look at my situation, everything was perfect. Dan is incredibly kind and professional, and based on my VERY rudimentary description of the problem I was having, knew exactly where my problem was, even before opening the hot tub. REI & Service with Dan and his crew just completed the rebuild of our pool. They are by far the best professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. Dan made sure that every step was followed and was very helpful in making sure all equipment was function and if it needed replacement he made sure to take care of it.
