Absolutely horrible experience. I went in to Recovia to establish care with a therapist and begin mental health counseling. They offered two different programs: Recovia, and ProjectMe. I was highly encouraged and recommended to try out the Recovia program, so I tried to approach it with an open mind. I've never done therapy before so I was open to seeing how the hell physical therapy could benefit me even though I'm not injured or going through a recovery process. This excellent program of support for those seeking a watershed turning point in their struggle coping with persistent pain, addiction or depression, is highly effective. The entire staff are very good and encouraging. I couldn't be more thankful for my experience with them.
This was a game changer for me. The people who I worked with were so easy to talk with. I now feel I can deal with my feelings better. Also I met others in my journey of life that we helped each other see how we all have challenges. Having the "tools " will make better decisions in life.
