Many women in the single woman house were falsely tested positive for substances they've never done before including myself which seemed like a weird coincidence, maybe for insurance purposes. Lots of drama within the houses and poor communication from counselors. I asked many times for a certificate of completion and was blatantly ignored.
This place has unethical practices with their urinalysis procedures that are alarming. For their drug tests, they only run immunoassay screening and do not opt to send positive results for confirmation with gas chromatography/mass spectrometer. Immunoassay results are considered to be presumptive and patients frequently complain of false positives. I called this place to set up an initial appointment. However two lady work at the receptionist desk/department seemed that they were not properly educated/trained for their jobs from the beggining. They also seemed having a hard time to type up my answers and answering phone at the same time. They also didn't even bother to call me back although they promissed to call me back in a few minutes.
