This was the first ever game type of psychiatric facility that I’ve ever been to. I was on edge in the beginning. The PCTs are a godsend, seriously they are angels. The whole experience in the beginning was a strange one. However, once I made it through the main doors to the residential side; then I was finally able to breathe and live again. I had to place a family member on a psychiatric hold. One of the most difficult decisions in this amazing organization held my hand the entire way. The only thing I would advise is don't fill out the online petition because if you come down you'll just be filling it out again. They helped me with so much care and compassion. It made it difficult time so much easier. Not to mention I had follow-up calls and follow up paperwork to drop off and contact with them is very easy. Was forced to have a friend be admitted here. I didn’t hear anything bad from him about his 2 stays and having to find his mind after dealing with his crazy ex, so I give it 5 stars. Now sadly I’m gonna have to send a family member there, so we shall see if the rating changes but I doubt it will…

This place is a nightmare and inhumane in its "practices". Questionable if there are qualified medical professionals running it. Once my daughter was placed here by her husband to be observed, we never received a call back when we checked on her. No one was available to update us on her 72 hour"hold". Most everyone who works here hates their job and life, the conditions of the buildings are unsanitary and filthy. No regard for human dignity and/or compassionate care.
