Went to this Immediate Care to have my finger looked at after slamming my car door (I confirmed on Endeavors Health website before arriving this was an immediate care). Got an xray and the finger nail drained which helped so much. The staff was GREAT!! Fast forward 2 weeks later, I take a look at mychart billing and this location is NOT an immediate care. Had they billed as an Immediate Care visit, my copay would have been $75. However, they billed my visit as an office visit and the X-rays separate = $400 bill. Complete let... read more
Very poor experience at this clinic for a straightforward blood draw. Nurse had a lab tech in training and asked if it was OK if the person in training do the draw with supervision. I try to be accommodating in these cases; as we need to train the next generation of caregivers. But despite having good veins, the stick was over the top painful; and she could not get a flow into the vial.
