I’m giving 3 stars because the front desk staff, medical assistant, and nurse were excellent—professional, attentive, and thorough. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse practitioner, Megan Kotlarz, was disappointing and lacked empathy, especially given that I was sick. Despite my asthma history and symptoms of a strong cough, she asked very few follow-up questions and showed little concern for potential breathing issues. I went there with my toddler for stitches. Everyone was great with her and we were in and out within an hour. It was a great experience all things considered!
